| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展,对生产、管理等一线的高级技术应用型人才的需求也越来越大。而高职院校正是以培养应用型、技术型人才为其办学宗旨,因此注重对高职院校学生相关职业能力的培养也越来越迫切。本文结合人力资源课程的教学,探讨如何通过案例教学来培养学生的相关职业技能,以使学生更好地适应未来人才市场竞争的需要。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy of our country,the need of high quality appliedand technical workers in production and management are more and more.The vocational colleague sets the cultivating of excellent applied and technical students as its aim.So it should pay attention to cultivate the professorship of students.This text combines the teaching of hr course to discuss how to teach through case to train students' relevant vocational skills,so that students meet the need of talent's market competition in the future. |
