| 摘 要： | 当前,我国企业人力资源管理存在的问题,主要表现在企业重管理,轻开发的现象普遍存在;有些企业只强调对员工的开发而忽视对管理者素质的提高;企业人力资源管理与企业发展战略严重脱节;企业文化建设和工作人员综合工作能力的差距较为突出等方面。企业应转变观念,更新管理理念;构建多元化薪酬分配机制,发挥薪酬的激励调节作用;建立科学的人力资源开发和员工工作绩效考核评价体系;制订有效机制,发挥人力资源管理效能。
