| 摘 要： | “9.11”事件后,国际恐怖主义更加猖獗、血腥,对世界各国的稳定、安全与发展构成严重威胁,同时,国际反恐斗争全面展开.由于美国为私利举兵伊拉克,加之恐怖主义具有其深刻的历史、社会、政治、经济以及民族与宗教的背景与根源,短期内难以根除,这就促使人们思考如何用更加有效的合作途径共同反恐.

| Abstract: | After the 9.11 incident, international terrorists become more rampant and bloody. Terrorim threets the stability, security and development of countries in the world seriously. At the same time, international anti - terrorism war launches roundly. Because the United states resorted to arms on Irag for private interests, as well as backgraunds and roots on history, society, politics, economy nation, religion etc. of terrorism, it is hard to exterminate terrorism in short time. So, we must think about how to oppose terrorism with more effective cooperation. |
