| 摘 要： | 一半权是随着社会生产、生活方式的发展而提出的新的权利主张,它分为公民环境权、法人环境权和国家环境权三种,各有其内容。我国应从法律上明确环境权的概念、充实环境权的内容,以促进国民经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of social productive force and life style,the right to environment as a new right comes into being. It comprises the citizen' s right to environment, the unit' s right to environment and the country's right to environment. In order to promote the national economic sustainable development, our country should establish the concept of right to environment, specify its content in legislation. |
