摘    要:消费者购买意愿与零售店铺环境因素相关。实证研究表明,店铺环境中的背景要素、社交要素、产品要素、设施要素和设计要素影响消费者购买意愿。零售管理者可以从整体上把握零售环境的构成维度,调控环境因子能有效提高顾客购买体验和购买意愿。
