| 摘 要： | 对外直接投资的类型差异将对区位选择和政策支持产生不同的要求。文章利用引力模型对中国对外直接投资的驱动因素进行检验，判断它们所属的类型，并通过直接投资的出口效应进一步检验不同类型FDI所处的阶段，从而对中国企业“走出去”的区位选择和政策支持提出建议。

| Abstract: | FDI of different type will have distinct requests to the region choice and policy support.This paper imposes gravity model to test the motives and the types of FDI from China.The export effect is also used to checkout the phases of the FDI from China.Then some suggestions are given on the locating selection and national policies. |
