社会文教支出与经济增长的实证分析及其政策建议——基于财政支出结构的研究

通过建立了计量经济学模型,研究我国财政支出按功能分类的各项支出与经济增长之间的相关性,利用Eviews软件对社会文教支出与经济增长做了协整分析,得出社会文教支出与GDP的增长存在着较为明显的正相关关系,财政支出适用于社会公共服务方面,可以有效地促进经济增长.在实证分析的基础上,对社会文教支出提出了一系列政策建议.

Empirical Analysis and Policy Suggestions for State Expenditures on Social Welfare, Culture and Education and Economic Growth ——Study Based on Financial Expenditure Structure
