| 摘 要： | 产业资本和金融资本能否有效结合,对改革我国经济的发展至关重要。运用成本——收益模型对我国产融结合进行相关分析后不难看出,现阶段的产融结合不仅对我国产业资本发展具有重要意义,而且对金融资本的发展将产生积极影响,结合发达国家产融结合经验,对我国产业资本和金融资本有效结合,提出相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | The effective integration of industrial capital and financial capital is important to our country's economic growth. With Cost ?Reuenue Model to analyze the intergration of industrial capital and financial capital, it is not difficult to see that; effective combination is not only important for industrial capital, but also for financial capital. In connection to the experience of developed countries, the paper points out the velative suggestions and policies for our country's intergration of industrial capital and financial capital. |
