B2C电子商务企业降低物流成本途径探析

指出从电子商务物流运作流程上来看,B2C电子商务物流成本包括两大部分内容:正向物流成本和逆向物流成本,物流成本居高不下的原因主要有物流管理水平不高、物流市场集中低以及物流运输中不合理收费等,分析B2C电子商务企业可从合理选择物流模式、加强电子商务供应链整合、缔结电商企业与物流地产联盟、消减退货以降低逆向物流成本几方面入手降低物流成本,也为政府政策的制定提供相关参考。

Study on Reducing Logistics Cost for B2C E-commerce Enterprises

In this paper,we pointed out that,viewed from operational process,logistics cost of B2C e-commerce included two main contents: forward logistics cost and reverse logistics cost.Then we argued that we could reduce logistics cost of B2C e-commerce logistics by selecting suitable logistics mode,reinforcing integration of e-commerce supply chain,forming alliance between e-businesses and logistics and real estate industries,and eliminating returns to reduce reverse logistics cost.
