基于供应链集成视角的工程项目管理创新模式

针对传统工程项目管理模式的不足引入供应链集成概念,提出了工程项目供应链集成模式。对新模式两个层次的分析结果显示,引入工程项目管理公司角色,并在各主体间添加活动网络,有助于解决传统工程项目管理模式中存在的一些短期行为与信用风险问题。

Innovated Engineering Project Management Mode Based on Supply Chain Integration

In this paper,the concept of supply chain integration is introduced to deal with the deficiency of traditional engineering project management modes,on the basis of which the integrated supply chain mode for engineering projects is proposed.A two-layered analysis on the new mode shows that the newly introduced role of engineering project management company as well as the activity connections established between the agents of the system can help avoid some of the short-sighted behaviors and decisions and credit risks problems common to the traditional modes.
