| 摘 要： | 高职物流实训基地建设是提高物流专业人才质量的关键,也是响应国家提出培养高素质高技能型物流人才的根本保障,提出高职院校物流实训基地要参照一定的指标进行建设,才能符合对物流人才培养的要求,并进一步指出可以从资金投入指标、培训指标和能力指标三个方面评价一个高职院校的物流实训基地建设完善程度。

| Abstract: | In this paper we argue that the construction of higher vocational logistics practical training bases should follow certain index so that they can satisfy the requirement for the training of logistics talents and further point out that capital input,training performance and training capacity are three aspects in evaluating the soundness of the practical training bases. |
