| 摘 要： | 在研究绿色供应链时利用了平衡记分卡与系统动力学相结合的方法即动态平衡记分卡的方法。根据平衡记分卡的思想,对绿色供应链从财务、顾客、内部流程和学习与发展四个层面建立了一套绩效评价指标体系,并根据该指标体系建立了相应的系统动力学仿真模型。最后对员工培训与供应链内部流程、市场占有率及利润之间的关系利用模型进行了模拟。

| Abstract: | The paper combines balance scorecard with system dynamics to develop the dynamic balance scorecard method to study the green supply chain.According to the ideas behind this method,it establishes the index system for the evaluation of the performance of the green supply chain on aspects of finance,customer,internal process and learning and development as well as the corresponding sysntem dynamics simulation model.Finally it simulates the relationships between employee training and supply chain internal process and between market share and profit using the model. |
