| 摘 要： | 在当今世界,突发事件的难以预测和预报常常导致应对物资、资金、人员难以实现其时间效应和空间效应。尤其是对于自然灾害频发,处突经验尚不丰富的我国来说,在紧急状态下利用应急物流对突发公共事件提供物资保障作用对于减少损失、稳定民心、维护社会经济秩序安定具有重要作用。了解应急物流的发展现状并对现存的问题进行分析有助于提高我国应急物流的发展水平,提升我国面对突发事件的处理能力。
