Interpretation of Relevant Legal Issues in Logistics Warehousing Contracts

In this paper,we first introduced the composing elements and content architecture of modern logistics warehousing contracts,analyzed several important legal right relations and the legal status of warehouse receipts,and studied the right of inspection of the cargo owner upon the warehoused cargos as well as the drawing right of the warehouse keeper.Then we pointed out the real right effect and exclusiveness of the warehouse receipts and finally proposed the suggestions and countermeasures to effectively prevent and avoid legal risks and disputes in modern logistics warehousing contracts.
