| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of the characteristics of the supply chain under the Internet of Things environment,we used the principal-agent theory to discuss the possible opportunistic activities of supply chain enterprises and established the supply chain governance mechanism based on the dual constraints of relationship and contract. |
