| 摘 要： | 首先概述了物流产业在经济体发展和市场交易运行中的功能,接着重点分析了现代物流产业在经济体集聚和扩散中的作用机制,指出了外部规模效应引起相关经济要素集聚和市场挤出效应引起经济要素扩散,并得出了物流成本与经济体空间布局的几种理论模型,最后从加强物流产业和系统的一体化建设、提升区域物流基础设施的链接和协调匹配力度以及深化物流产业管理体制和政策改革等方面提出了实现物流产业与区域经济体良性互动的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we first introduced the function of the logistics industry in the development and market transaction of the economy and,with emphasis,the effect mechanism of the modern logistics industry upon economic conglomeration and dispersion,formulated several theoretical models of logistics cost and spatial layout of the economy,and finally gave suggestions and countermeasures to realize the positive interaction between the logistics industry and regional economy. |
