运输型物流企业诚信评价指标体系研究

从物流行业管理部门的角度,在对湖北省近1600家运输型物流企业调研分析和继承现有研究成果的基础上,通过改革,弥补了传统诚信评价体系中主要以财务指标、企业规模等因素评价企业诚信水平的不足,强化了物流企业的社会责任指标、服务能力指标、物流活动的诚信指标,构建了能够反映现实需求并具有导向性的运输型物流企业诚信评价指标体系。

Index System for Evaluation of Integrity of Carrier Enterprises

From the perspective of the administration of the logistics industry,the paper investigates nearly 1600 carrier enterprises in Hubei province and,by drawing on the findings of existing studies,targets the inadequacy of the traditional integrity evaluation system which mainly relies on financial index and enterprise size in the evaluation.By assigning greater importance to certain index including social responsibility,service capacity and integrity in logistics activity,it establishes the evaluation index system which can both reflect realistic demand and provide guidance for future development.
