| 摘 要： | 从马克思的劳动价值理论出发,根据在现代市场经济条件下私人劳动转化为社会劳动过程的不确定性和风险性,深入分析了劳动力价值补偿具有层次性、商品的理论价格三阶变形、私人劳动转化为社会劳动的过程存在"磨擦"力等问题,从而决定了上一社会生产过程中价值补偿在社会再生产循环层次的实现程度,界定了企业家的本质内涵。 |

| Abstract: | Starting from Marx's worth theories in labor, according to uncertainty and risk in the process of conversion of private labor to social labor under modern market economy. The paper deeply analyzed such questions as the compensation of labor value, which has the level of structure, three ranks transformations of goods theory price, the friction exists in the process of conversion of private labor to social labor, so which decided the realization degree of value compensation in top social production inside the circulating level in social reproduction, and defined the essential intension of the entrepreneur. |
