随着经济的发展和世界能源资源的日益紧张，能源安全问题受到世界各国的高度关注。从能源安全的实质和内涵出发，分析了我国能源安全面临的基本形势，从供给安全、价格安全、通道安全和科技安全4个方面归纳总结了我国能源安全存在的主要问题；分析了我国能源安全问题存在的原因和实质，提出了我国能源安全战略思路。
