| 摘 要： | 简述了我国城市生活垃圾“零排放”的必要性；通过与美国城市生活垃圾组成成分的比较。说明我国城市生活垃圾组成成分的特点和目前国内采用的垃圾处理政策：提出要实现城市生活垃圾“零排放”，达到垃圾处理的“减量化，无害化，资源化”目的，就要从政府、个人、企业三管齐下，从而实现可持续发展战略目标。

| Abstract: | The paper outlines the necessary of the zero discharge of our urb an solid waste.Compares the components of our urban solid waste with those of America.Explains the characteristics of our ur-ban solid waste and the dispo sal policy in home at present.And puts forward that if we want to achieve th e goal of garbage's recycling-the garbage's zero discharge,the governor,perso n,factories should take active actions at the same time.Following these,we can reach to the city's sustainable de-velopment strategy. |
