| 摘 要： | 跨国银行地区总部是区别于地区办事处、当地办事处、一般分支机构以及地区中心等地区性组织的地区性组织,它们对金融中心建设的溢出机制也就存在差异。跨国银行地区总部对金融中心建设的溢出机制是一个复杂的系统,包括宏观与微观两个子系统,其中宏观子系统从人力资源和金融市场两个方面对金融中心建设产生促进作用,微观子系统则从金融产品创新、组织创新和管理创新等方面形成溢出。这种复杂的溢出机制给各界提出了不同问题。

| Abstract: | Multinational Banks' regional headquarters are distinct from regional offices, local offices, branches or subsidiaries, and regional centers. And the spillover mechanism of each organization on financial center construction is different. The spillover mechanism of Multinational Banks' regional headquarters is a complex system, including macro and micro subsystems. While macro subsystem promotes financial center construction through financial market and human resources, micro one takes effects through financial product innovation, structure innovation and management innovation. Such complex spillover mechanism imposes questions to governments, banks and academia. |
