资源型区域投资环境评价指标体系研究

当前,投资依然是拉动经济增长的主要动力,扩大投资规模、提高投资效益,投资环境的改善首当其冲。针对资源型地区,在对现有投资环境评价方法进行适应性分析的基础上,全面梳理相关影响因素,创建了较为系统的有针对性的"全因素法"投资环境评价指标体系,期望对改善投资环境、促进区域经济发展方式转变有所借鉴。

Theoretical Exploration into the Appraisal Index System of the Investment Environment of Resource-oriented Regions

At present, investment is stiff the main driving force promoting the economy, while the expansion of investment, improvement of the investment benefits and the improvement of the investment environment being the most important. Concerning resource - oriented regions and based on an adaptability analysis on the present appraisal methods of the investment environment, the paper combed comprehensively the related influencing factors and built a comparatively systematic and corresponding "aft- factor'" method index system, hoping to improve the investment environment and promote the transition of the development of the regional economy.
