| Abstract: | enterprise merger and acquisition is a complicated and risky business, which is also a dynamic cooperative competition process between enterprises. Today, the characteristic of the competition between enterprises is chasing "win-win", so cooperative competition has become the main tendency of enterprise′s developing strategy. This paper analyses the cooperative competition in enterprise merger and acquisition, at the same time, it points out that enterprise merger and acquisition is a dynamic cooperative competition. |
