摘    要:盐行业作为长期垄断经营的行业,要适应市场经济的发展,就必须进行改革。要按照“定员、定岗、定编”的要求,实施劳动人事制度改革;建立以职位工资制为主的薪酬体系;引入全面“薪酬”理念;建立以岗位工资为主,技术与管理并重多种发展通道的薪酬体系。只有这样,才能促进盐业良性

Abstract:As a long-term monopolized industry,salt industry is in urgent necessary of reform to adapt to the development of market economy. We should carry out the reform on personnel matters system according to the demands of "fixed personnel,fix position,fixed arrangement".We should establish the salary system which is mainly on the position-salary-system;Introduce the new conception of "salary rewards".Establish the salary system of post wages with various developing ways focus on both technology and management development only this can promote the personnel flow in the salt industry and make the development of salt industry continuously.
