| 摘 要： | 首先分析了企业集群在提高融资能力、知识与技术积累以及增强抗御风险等方面对民营企业技术创新的促进作用,然后从建立技术战略联盟、构建动力型技术创新模式、建立互助合作的融资模式及创建技术服务中介体系等方面对民营企业加快技术创新的集群化对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problems confronted by private enterprises in the technological innovation in many aspects, such as finances, the scale of enterprises, human resources, information, intermediate services and so on. Based on this, we point out private enterprises should develop in the form of cluster with their characters, and some provide countermeasures. |
