| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高校综合实力的体现。教学质量监控体系是实现培养21世纪开放式复合型国际经贸人才的基本保证。本文从构建的教学监控体系内容入手，分析其实施特点，并提出更进一步完善该体系有待于探讨和研究的问题。
