| 摘 要： | 外包企业与物流服务商之间信息不对称，以及不可控的市场环境因素等，使得物流外包风险无时不在，无处不有。文章以“防范物流风险”为目的，分析了竞争情报的价值．物流外包风险的来源及其形成的机理，探讨了利用竞争情报如何防范物流风险．从而得出了竞争情报防范物流风险的作用机制。

| Abstract: | Because of asymmetry of information and environmental factor that was not controllable, logistics outsourcing risk are in anywhere and anytime. The article analyzes meanings of logistics outsourcing risk management and value of competitive intelligence and sources and formative mechanism of outsourcing risk, educes how competitive intelligence keep way outsourcing risk-operation mechanism. |
