| 摘 要： | 曼海姆工艺副产盐酸存在着硫酸盐和氧化物超标的问题,通过工艺技术的改进,利用树脂交换、BaCl2沉降、氧化物还原对副产盐酸进行深加工,效果良好.介绍了深加工的工艺流程、产品质量、设备投资和效益等情况.

| Abstract: | In the Mannheim process, there is a problem of exceed the content limit of sulfate and oxide in the by --product hydrochloric acid. The good results are achieved by deeply--process of by--product hydrochloric acid through these technology improvement methods of resin exchange, Barium chloride settlement and oxide reduction. In this paper, the techniques flow, product quality, equipment investment and benefit of by-- product hydrochloric acid deeply--process were introduced in brief. |
