This these has put forward an viewpoint,that means"trace to its source for thorough going reform"in environment protect,focuses its attention on the construction of law and rule of environment.It is very important to emphasis that all of the law and rule of environment should be practice strictly and to pay more attention on environment monitor and control,then it tries to analyze environment accounting(green accounting)and the disclosure of environmental information. |
