Human-centered investmet--Enterprise's personnel training

The paper draws the conclusion of the weakness of employee training on the basis of the comparison of enterprise management problems.And employee training is very important as an investment of human capital.As far as the question of improving the levle of employee training mnagement,the paper considers that employee training is consistent with enterprise strategy.Furthermore,the training system embodies three factors:plan,execution,evaluation.in the end,it summarizes some strategic advices of employee training.
