摘    要:本文指出 ,员工培训是我国企业管理中比较薄弱的一环 ,通过对员工培训作为一项人本投资的意义阐述 ,强调员工培训的重要性 ,并进而指出员工培训与企业战略是协同一致的 ,员工培训体系应当包含三个基本要素 ,即计划、执行和评估 ,最后对我国企业开展员工培训提出具体的策略建议

Abstract:The paper draws the conclusion of the weakness of employee training on the basis of the comparison of enterprise management problems.And employee training is very important as an investment of human capital.As far as the question of improving the levle of employee training mnagement,the paper considers that employee training is consistent with enterprise strategy.Furthermore,the training system embodies three factors:plan,execution,evaluation.in the end,it summarizes some strategic advices of employee training.
