| 摘 要： | 从国外先进市场经济国家投资基金发展的实践来看，一个健全的监管体系是保证证券投资基金健康发展的关键。本文针对我国投资基金监管问题，提出了政府监管，行业监管，社会监管，内部监管为一体监管体系的构建。
