旋流式多相流计量系统在安塞油田的应用

摘    要:安塞油田于1988年正式投入工业开发,是典型的低产低效油田,目前的站内计量方式是原油收集采用井口加温,井组双管进站,站内单井计量的工艺流程。近年来由于受诸多因素影响,导致部分油井单量时间不足或无法正常单量。为解决该问题,公司引进西安东风机电公司生产的CMS油气分离计量系统在安塞油田进行试用。经过近一年的试验及大量现场数据比对,从精度、适应性、稳定性、经济性等方面得出该系统可适用于安塞油田,用于解决油井单量等问题。并对该系统在安塞油田的应用及推广价值进行预测。

The Application of Cyclone Multiphase Measuring System to Ansai Oilfields
Abstract:Ansai oilfield began its formal industrial development in1988, and is a typical oilfield with lower production and benefits. The present measuring approach in stations is to apply the technological procedure of increasing temperature at well heads, entering the station by double pipes in well groups, metering individual well in the station when crude oil is collected. Actually because of the influence of many factors in recent years, the time of single well measurement is not enough among some of wells and sometimes it is difficult to measure a single well. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, our company introduced oil-gas separation metering sys- tem produced by Xi'an Dongfeng Electromechanical Company to Ansai oilfields and tried using it. After one year experiment and contrastive analysis of large quantity of on-site data, it is discovered from four aspects like the precision, adaptability, stability and economization that this system can be applied to Ansai oilfields in solving the problems of metering single well. Finally, the system has been predicated in the application and popularization value in Ansai Oilfields.
