| Abstract: | The change of outer circumstances and the complexity of the allocation of resources make room for administration innovation in enterprises. The innovative thinking is a prerequisite to the administration innovation. And the administration innovation is an organic. continuous procedure which rises from hope to evaluation. The enterprises should make measures in the administration innovation from the following aspects: operation methods, assets management, capital operation, marketing,procedure of operation and management in the human resources,organization construction and the image of enterprises. |
