| 摘 要： | 通过虚拟企业的经营方式将多式联运企业整合起来，可以提高我国多式联运产业的规模化、标准化，实现企业自身功能资源与空间的超越，提高运输效率与效益。在多式联运虚拟企业的组建与运营管理过程中，存在各种风险。文章将系统分析多式联运虚拟企业所面临的风险，并利用模糊层次综合法对多式联运虚拟企业的风险进行评价，以提高多式联运企业风险评价的准确性与科学性。

| Abstract: | The operation mode of virtual enterprise can help to expand functions and market of multimodal transport enterprise and improve the scale and standardization of multimodal transport industry.In accordance with the formation,operation and management of multimodal transport virtual enterprise,there are various risks.In order to improve the accuracy and scientific of risk assessment,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be used to analyze and evaluate the multimodal transport virtual enterprise risk. |
