| 摘 要： | 鉴于曼尼期反应是重要的有机合成反应,且在新药合成中广泛应用,介绍了其在抗抑郁药、止吐药、抗癌药、抗心律失常药、解痉药、抗病毒药、抗疟药、前体药等方面的应用,希望能推动曼尼期反应在新药合成中的更广泛应用和甲基化反应的更深入发展。

| Abstract: | Because Mannich Reaction is an important organic synthesis reaction,and it is applied commonly in new drug synthesis,the paper introduces the application of Mannich Reaction in the synthesises of antidepressive drugs,antivirus drugs,antimalarial drugs,precursor drugs and so on.We hope that it can promote the more extensive application of Mannich Reaction and metnylation reaction can have a further development. |
