| 摘 要： | 改革开放后，农民工犯罪现象呈现上升趋势。因此在对农民工进行教育培训显得尤为重要，不但要注重技能方面的教育培训，而且要注重刑事方面的法制教育培训，以提高农民工的法律意识，让他们了解犯罪本质特征、犯罪构成、刑罚的内容。最终达到让农民工个人素养提升的同时，给社会带来稳定与和谐。 |
