| 摘 要： | 军事物流环境下将多式联运这种先进的运输模式运用到军交运输中,有利于提高运输效能,优化运输结构,增强军交运输的合理性和经济性。作者通过对多式联运的特点和运作方式进行分析后发现,在军交运输中运用多式联运模式时会遇到法规制度、编制体制、运力协调等诸多问题。针对军交多式联运所出现的问题,提出了加快制度建设、建立管理机构、发展集装箱运输等几点对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Apply multimodal transportation modal in military transportation under the military logistical environment that it can improve the efficiency of transportation,and optimize the structure,boost up rationality and economical in military transportation.The work has analyzed the characteristics of multimodal transportation,and put forward some problems about rule of Law、system、correspond.At last the paper give some strategy and suggestion about establish law、administration organ and develop container transport. |
