| 摘 要： | 国有重点企业都是一些关系到国计民生的大企业,正因为如此,政府必须抓好国有重点企业的改革。产权改革是国有重点企业改革的突破口,政府应以产权改革为主线沿着产权权属多元化、产权主体明晰化、产权结构合理化的方向来加快国有重点企业产权改革,从而使国有重点企业能更好地发挥其作用。
