摘    要:客户忠诚的重要性正被越来越多的企业所认识。对于网络来讲,客户忠诚更为重要,因为登录网站的主动权掌握在客户手里。本文通过论证客户忠诚的决定因素,认为客户价值是客户忠诚的最主要决定因素,在客户让渡价值决定因素模型的基础上,提出一个网上客户忠诚模型,以此指导网站建立客户忠诚。

Abstract:Today,Customers have the world at their fingertips and keeping them loyal is very difficult.More and more enterprises have recognized the importance of customer loyalty. The article believes that the customer value be the most important determinant of customer loyalty by demonstrating what determine the customer loyalty.And then set forth a model how to create customer loyalty based the determinants of customer delivered value.The model can coach you how to create e-loyalty.
