| 摘 要： | 利用结构方程模型分析上海公共交通的满意度问题。我们发现，在上海市公共交通的满意度中，公众最为关心的是公共交通提供的服务项目；对于上海市公共交通而言，最为迫切解决的是信息公开。这为上海公共交通的发展提供了明确的目标与重点。

| Abstract: | Using structural equation model analysis the satisfaction degree of the Shanghai public transportation problem. We found that the satisfaction degree of the public transportation in Shanghai, is the most concern in the public services provided by public transport projects; For the public transportation in Shanghai, the most urgent to solve is information disclosure. This for Shanghai public transportation development provides a clear goal and focus. |
