| Abstract: | Through discipline construction,ideal faith construction and professional ability cultivation,universities in Inner Mongolia has further strengthened ideological and political teacher＇s team construction.Building a teacher＇s team with high professional standard and students＇ satisfaction is not only the requirement for improving the teaching standard of ideological and political course.What＇s more,it is the demand for developing the role of main battlefield and main channel in implementing Marxism theoretical education to college students. |
