摘    要:连锁经营是7-Eleven便利店最大的经营特点。7-Eleven便利店在克服连锁经营的弊端的同时能很好的发挥其高度的统一管理、完善的流通渠道、形成了销售网络、规模经济带来的资产增加等优势。7-Eleven便利店想要在中国的市场上走的更远更好,必须重视中国消费者的行为特点,认真研究经营模式的可持续性以及服务营销方面的问题,更好的面对市场的变化,根据市场的变化做出相应的调整。

Abstract:Chain store operation is the most biggest characteristic of 7-Eleven,the convenience stores.7-Eleven not only overcomes the disadvantages of chain operation but also gives full play to its advantages in terms of highly unified management,a complete circulation channel,sound sales network and the asset increase brought by economics of scale.To further and better develop Chinese market,7-Eleven needs to place attention to the behavioral feature of Chinese customers,study the sustainability of its operation pattern and problems in service marketing in an effort to cope with the change of the market.
