摘    要:梁面打磨及修补是在CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道梁面验收的必备工序,起到控制梁面高程与平整度的作用,为防水层和底座板施工做好技术准备,是确保线下施工顺利转换到无砟轨道施工的关键工序。结合本工程实际情况,对客运专线梁面打磨及修补等工序进行简要介绍。

Abstract:Beam surface grinding and repair is a necessary working procedure in CRTS Ⅱ type plate-type no-frantic jumble track beam surface acceptance, which can control the beam surface elevation and smoothness, and prepare for the waterproof layer and the base plate construction. It is the key procedure to ensure smooth transition from offline construction to no-frantic jumble rail construction.Combined with the practical situation of this project, this article briefly introduces the beam surface grinding and repair process for the passenger dedicated line.
