摘    要:为了满足电力用户简单、方便、快捷的电力服务需求,同时解决电力企业电费回收难,电费结零率低等问题,需要对多渠道缴费进行研究,包括从系统的需求分析、系统设计到系统实现。本文提出了多渠道缴费的目前状况、应用的意义、解决的问题,并给出了多渠道缴费系统的设计与实现。目前,该系统已经投入运行。

Abstract:In order to meet the power users' needs of simple, convenient and efficient electricity service and at the same time address the tariff recovery difficult, low zero-crossing rate of tariff and other issues of power companies, it is necessary to study the multi-channel payment, including from the system requirements analysis, system design to system implementation. This paper presents the current status of multi-channel payment, the meaning of its application and the problems need solving, and gives the design and implementation of multi-channel payment system. Currently, the system has been put into operation.
