基于职业经理人目标导向的酒店管理本科人才培养模式创新研究

酒店管理本科教育发展的关键在于准确定位和创新机制。本文提出了基于职业经理人目标导向的酒店管理本科人才培养创新模式,即确立职业经理人的培养目标,遵循市场化、国际化和应用型的价值导向,以案例教学为主线的启发式教学、以实习实训为支点的实践教学、以职业养成教育为核心的第二课堂的教学模式,加强学科体系、产学研协同创新体系,师资体系和教学管理体系的保障,探索酒店管理本科人才培养的新途径。

Study on Professional Manager Goal Oriented Undergraduate Hotel Management Talents Training Mode Innovation

The key for the development of undergraduate education for hotel management is accurate positioning and innovative mechanism. In this paper, the professional manager goal-oriented undergraduate hotel management training innovative mode is proposed, that is, to establish training objectives of professional managers, to follow the market, internationalization and application-based value guidance, case-based teaching heuristic teaching line, practice teaching with practical training as a fulcrum to develop vocational education as the core of the second classroom teaching model, strengthening discipline system, security research collaborative innovation system, teacher management system and teaching system, to explore the hotel management undergraduate training new ways.
