摘    要:校企合作已经成为当前高等职业教育人才培养的主流模式,是学校与企业两种组织之间因所占有资源存在差异而形成的一种"合作教育"机制。本文分别从资源依赖理论、成本收益分析、合作博弈等组织行为学视角分析校企合作双方相互依赖程度不均,存在明显的"校热企冷"现象,提出只有完善校企合作运行机制,使合作博弈的效益最大化,才能促使校企合作开展的更为长久、有实效。

Abstract:The school-enterprise cooperation has become the mainstream mode of talents training of higher vocational education, and it is a kind of "cooperative education" mechanism results from differences between colleges and enterprises in possession of resources. This paper analyses the uneven mutual dependence between colleges and enterprises and the "Colleges are active while enterprises are negative" phenomenon from organizational behavior perspective, such as resource dependence theory, cost and benefit analysis, cooperative game theory, and so on, proposes that only to improve the cooperation mechanism, to maximize the benefits of cooperative game, can promote the college-enterprise cooperation continuously and effectively.
