摘    要:施耐德PLC控制系统以太网模块固件存在信息安全隐患。基于DEH系统的ETS/METS控制系统,硬件升级与软件优化方法,设计与完善了原ETS控制系统,实现了系统设备的最优更换,优化控制策略。该技术成功应用于安庆某电厂,从根本上杜绝了原PLC设备信息安全隐患,提高了机组控制系统安全性、可靠性、经济性。

Abstract:There is information security risk in Schneider PLC control system Ethernet module firmware. Through hardware upgrades and software optimization of ETS/METS control system based on DEH system, the original ETS control system is improved, the optimal replacement of the system equipment is realized, and the control strategy is optimized. This technique has been successfully applied in a power plant of Anqing, fundamentally eliminating the information security risk of the original PLC device, and improving the security, reliability and economy of the control system.
