| 摘 要： | 本文对施工企业现金流量管理与财务风险控制进行了研究,通过分析单项工程现金流量与施工企业财务结构的内在关系,提出了项目现金流量管理思路,并在此基础上讨论了可持续增长跨期现金流量管理、净经营性营运资本筹资和财务风险控制问题。
