摘    要:本文结合30万等级发电机组凝结水泵变频器改造实例,针对过去每台机组中的三台凝结水泵,一拖二变频和工频凝结水泵同时运行存在的问题,通过改造,实现三台凝结水泵配两台变频器,满足机组运行中凝结水泵全部变频运行要求,克服了过去凝结水泵电动机一拖二变频和工频泵并联运行存在的问题,从而达到即节约了厂用电又满足机组安全稳定运行目的。

Abstract:This article is based on the transformation examples of the 300000 level generator set condensate pump frequency converter. In view of the problems in the operation of the three condensate pumps in each unit and one-drag-two frequency and power frequency condensate pumps, through transformation, the three condensate pumps are successfully matched with two frequency converters, meeting the requirements of all of the condensate pump variable frequency operation in the operation of the unit, solving the problems in parallel operation about the problems of the parallel connection of one-drag-two frequency and power frequency condensate pumps and achieving the purpose of saving power and meeting the safe and stable operation of the unit.
