| Abstract: | The educational goal of Guangzhou College of South China University of Technology is to develop applied talents, and the innovative training model reform is a major task of education. This paper analyzes the qualities which applied innovative talents of independent colleges should have, and explores effective measures to train applied innovative talents of electronic and information engineering specialty. |
